This Phase One engagement supports a large, multi-function organisation operating in a highly regulated and governance-intensive environment.The organisation has multiple operational, commercial, and support teams, with complex decision-making processes and fragmented data flows.The focus of the engagement is to understand how decisions are currently made across functions, where bottlenecks occur, and what data is required to improve clarity and effectiveness in future phases.Candidates should be comfortable working in environments with formal governance, senior stakeholders, and high expectations for clarity, structure, and accountability, while operating with limited system access during the discovery phase.We are seeking experienced professionals to support a structured Phase One (Employee Discovery) engagement.
This is a 3-month fixed-term engagement with potential for contract extension based on Phase Two requirements.

This engagement is discovery focused. It does not involve system implementation or configuration.
Plan and facilitate structured workshops and interviews across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Data/IT teams
Guide discussions to uncover decision-making processes, bottlenecks, and challenges
Ensure consistent themes and lines of enquiry across all engagements
Lead bi-weekly stakeholder check-ins and progress updates
Own the structure, narrative, and quality of the Phase One Diagnostic Report
