This Phase One engagement supports a large, multi-function organisation operating in a highly regulated and governance-intensive environment.The organisation has multiple operational, commercial, and support teams, with complex decision-making processes and fragmented data flows.The focus of the engagement is to understand how decisions are currently made across functions, where bottlenecks occur, and what data is required to improve clarity and effectiveness in future phases.Candidates should be comfortable working in environments with formal governance, senior stakeholders, and high expectations for clarity, structure, and accountability, while operating with limited system access during the discovery phase.We are seeking experienced professionals to support a structured Phase One (Employee Discovery) engagement.
This is a 3-month fixed-term engagement with potential for contract extension based on Phase Two requirements.

Participate in workshops and interviews to understand how teams use data today
Identify data that is missing, delayed, duplicated, or not trusted
Distinguish between true data absence and access or quality issues
Document high-level data requirements to inform a Phase Two data diagnostic
Support validation of findings where data-related claims arise
