This report, based on the results from a consumer survey which provides an in-depth analysis of how customer satisfaction with mobile services is changing over time across regions including Asia–Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America. The survey encompasses a representative sample of mobile users, with quotas set for age, gender, and geographical distribution. Each country included in the survey had a minimum of 750 respondents.
